Keep your counselling documents ready, without the last-minute rush.
A simple way to organise your admission paperwork and important deadlines.
Use the official checklist
Document requirements differ by exam, institution and applicant category. Start with the current official counselling notice. Do not rely on an old social post or another student’s list as your only source.
Create an organised folder
Keep clearly named digital copies and the required originals safely. Check that your name and other details match across records. Raise discrepancies through the official process early.
Track the steps
Maintain a calendar for registration, choice filling, verification, allotment and reporting. Record the source of each deadline and recheck official notices for updates. Completing one step does not necessarily complete admission.
Protect your information
Upload documents only through verified official portals. Do not share passwords or one-time codes with strangers. Save receipts and acknowledgements so that you can follow up if a submission is not reflected.
